AI agent systems · Sydney

We build towers of AI agents inside your business.

Specialist AI agents take on invoices, phones, tenders, support or a process of your own, inside the systems you already use. Each one is tested on your own history, and none acts on money or access without a person.

For clinics, trades, retailers, finance teams and government suppliers across Australia.

Sketch your own floor.

Describe a process that takes up your team’s time. You’ll get a first sketch of the floor straight away, then a person analyses it properly.

Your text stays in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send the sketch.

Describe the work on the left, or try an example. The sketch lists the agents, the systems they connect to, the limits they work within and where a person signs off.

How an install works

Tested on your history before it touches your work.

  1. Week 1

    Survey

We sit with your team and map how the work is really done, exceptions included.

  2. Week 2

    Wire and set limits

Scoped access to your systems, and written limits for every agent.

  3. Week 3

    Exam

Each agent is tested on hundreds of your real past cases against an agreed pass mark.

  4. Weeks 4–6

    Shadow, then live

Agents draft beside your team until the results say go. Then we run and tune them.

Start with a surveyWeek 1 begins with a one-hour conversation.

FAQ

Questions people ask the front desk.

What does Teammate do?

Teammate designs, installs and runs multi-agent AI systems inside Australian businesses. Each system is a small crew of specialised AI agents that handles a real workload, such as accounts payable, phone reception, government tenders, support or incident response, wired into the software you already use.

What is a multi-agent AI system?

A group of AI agents that each have one job and their own limited access, working together on a larger task. One agent reads invoices, another matches them to purchase orders and a third routes approvals. Splitting the work this way makes each agent easier to test, limit and audit than one all-purpose chatbot.

How long does an install take?

A first floor usually takes four to seven weeks: a survey of how the work is really done, connecting your systems, written limits for every agent, an exam on your own past cases, then shadow mode beside your team before anything goes live.

Do the agents act without a person?

Only inside limits you approve in writing. Payments, large refunds, bid decisions, contracts, admin access and production changes always need a person. Every floor has a pause switch and a 24-hour undo on agent actions.

Is our data kept in Australia?

Yes, by default. Production data and call recordings are hosted in Sydney-region infrastructure, and client data is never used to train AI models, by us or by our model providers.

How is a floor priced?

Each floor is a fixed-price install followed by a monthly fee to run and tune it. You get a written quote after the building survey, before you commit to anything.

Can you build a floor that isn't listed?

Yes. Describe any process that takes up your team's time and we analyse how it really runs, then design the agents, connections and limits it needs. A custom floor goes through the same exam on your past cases and the same shadow mode as every other floor.

Which systems do you connect to?

Common connections include Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Shopify, Stripe, Cliniko, simPRO, ServiceM8, HubSpot, Salesforce, GitHub, Datadog and AusTender.
